Frequently Asked Questions

How far in advance can I book a private space?

- Groups of 50 or less may book up to 4 days prior to the event.
- Groups of 120 or less may book up to 14 days prior to the event date.
- Groups of 130+ may book up to 28 days prior to the event.

Have a last-minute booking? Submit an Event Inquiry Form and an Events team member will be in contact with you about availability.

How long are the events?

Private event pricing is based on 3-hours of service. Additional time is available for a fee.

Do you charge booking or room rental fees? 

No, we do not charge room rental fees for parties under 120 guests.  These event spaces only require a food and beverage minimum to be met based on the size and occupancy rate of each event space. 

Groups larger than 120 guests may incur booking and room rental fees. Submit an Event Inquiry Form to get pricing and personal event coordination from our Events team.

Pricing varies by season.   
Food and beverage minimums do not include sales tax, service charges, or any other fees.

Do you require a deposit?

Groups of 60 or less do not require a deposit, only a credit card authorization*.

Groups greater than 60 require a deposit of 50% of the food & beverage minimum and any associated booking and rental fees.

* All event orders exceeding $5,000 may incur an advance deposit.

Can you stay open late for a party?

Yes, with enough advance notice, anything is possible.

Do you allow outside food?

Yes, we allow guests to bring in outside desserts for their special occasion for a small per person service charge. Our staff is happy to cut, plate, and service your special dessert.

Can we bring our own decorations?

Yes. We accept all reasonable outside party decorations. The host or party planner is responsible for hanging up decorations.   Our staff will take care of the cleaning.  Any party favors left after the event will be disposed of.   We are not able to accommodate overnight storage.

Absolutely NO CONFETTI! The host will be charged a cleaning fee for use of confetti by any attending guests with or without prior knowledge by the host.

Is Pike Pub ADA accessible?

Yes. Pike Pub has an elevator and is equipped with ramps throughout the restaurant.

Do you allow minors?

Yes, Pike Pub is family friendly and has menus designed just for the little ones.
